The Good

This is a list of good foods that I know of to date that have the least likelihood of causing a reaction. Keep in mind that every person with a food based allergy can have a different sensitivity threshold to each ingredient, so proceed with caution and avoid mixing more than one new substance at any given time.

This is a short list of what my father says he can eat:

Vegetables
- Sweet Potato
- Broccoli
- Kale
- Lettuce

Fruit
- Blueberries
- Cranberries

Fungi
- Shitake
- White mushrooms
- Chanterelle mushroom

Seaweed
- Hajiki
- Kombu

Grains
- Rice
- Wild Rice
- Quinoa
- Amaranth
- Cous Cous
